A founding director of people&co and co.star, I understand how vital it is to choose the right recruitment and consulting partner. It’s an important relationship. You want a partner that knows you, your organisation and your industry – one that can help you attract the best talent and build a great team or find the right result for your business.
Together with Warren Tocker, I lead both teams and the day-to-day operation of our diverse and dynamic businesses. I also work closely with organisations on preferred supplier contracts, and run projects for the recruitment of change or volume recruitment programmes, and the orchestration of a number of business work streams.
I’ve worked in the executive recruitment field for the past two decades, following a successful career in the aviation industry, where I held senior operational and leadership roles both here in New Zealand, and in Australia. Over that time I’ve recruited extensively at senior management, Board, and CEO level across a range of sectors, and for the public, private and not for profit sectors.
When I’m not searching for New Zealand’s talented leaders, you’ll find me planning my next trip to a faraway land or enjoying the great outdoors with my camera and Kawa the dog.
